The Rogers High School Class of 2027 is giving Newport a reason to feel good about their next sugar fix.

The junior class has launched a “Donut or Donate” fundraiser, selling dozens of Krispy Kreme donuts for $15 each — with a charitable option baked in. Buyers can choose to keep their donuts, have them donated to the MLK Center Food Pantry or the McKinney Shelter, or do both by purchasing multiple dozens.

“It’s a win/win,” the class says in its promotional materials — and it’s hard to argue with that.

Proceeds will go toward Class of 2027 activities and initiatives. Orders must be placed and paid for by Thursday, April 10, with delivery scheduled for Friday, April 17.

To order, residents can contact any Rogers High School junior or reach out directly to Class Treasurer Grace Muenter at gracemuenter1821@gmail.com.
