A private oceanfront estate overlooking the Sakonnet Passage has sold for $4,500,000, the highest sale in Little Compton since November 2025, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

The property at 17 Ferolbink Way sits on nearly five secluded acres with west-facing views of Aquidneck Island and the Atlantic Ocean. The home features open living and dining areas, an eat-in kitchen, sunroom, library and office, and a first-floor primary suite. A second floor includes three bedrooms, a full bathroom and a teak deck overlooking the ocean and Sachuest Point. A walk-out lower level leads to an outdoor shower and landscaped path to the water.

The sellers were represented by Cherry Arnold of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers were represented by Derek Simpson of Residential Properties.

“I’m thrilled to have had the opportunity to represent this stunning legacy property,” Arnold said. “It is located on one of the most beautiful oceanfront coastlines in New England.”

According to Multiple Listing Service data, the previous highest sale in Little Compton was also brokered by Arnold, who represented clients in the November 2025 sale of 19 Taylor’s Lane South.
