The Vanderbilt, Auberge Collection is partnering with The Macallan for a two-day whisky and heritage experience at the historic Newport estate March 27-28.
“A Weekend with The Macallan at the Mansion” invites guests to explore the Scottish whisky brand’s celebrated expressions through bespoke tastings, an intimate paired dinner and the property’s first-ever Macallan Reserve Room — a dedicated whisky space where visitors can sip exclusive cocktails, play billiards and explore multi-faceted tasting experiences.
The weekend also includes a private tour and tasting at the Audrain Automobile Museum on Bellevue Avenue, home to more than 400 rare and vintage vehicles housed in a restored 1903 Beaux-Arts building.
The Vanderbilt, built in 1908 by Alfred Gwynne Vanderbilt, is a former mansion turned 33-room luxury resort and one of Newport’s most recognized historic properties.
