Little Neck at Hotel Viking (Hotel Viking)

Hotel Viking announced Tuesday evening that it is partnering with Providence-based Littleneck Hospitality Group to launch new restaurant and bar concepts at the historic hotel ahead of its reopening this spring.

Littleneck Hospitality Group is the team behind Pizza Marvin, which opened in 2020, and Club Frills, which opened in 2025. The group is led by Chef Robert Andreozzi, a two-time James Beard Award nominee, and Jesse Hedberg, a 2026 James Beard Award semifinalist.

“As we prepare to reopen this spring, we’re so excited to partner with Littleneck Hospitality Group on our new restaurant and bar concepts,” the hotel said in a Facebook post Tuesday night.

The hotel said it plans to share more details in the coming weeks, including behind-the-scenes looks at menu concepts.

Littleneck Hospitality Group was founded in 2020 with the opening of Pizza Marvin, which was launched to keep a team working and paid fairly during the pandemic, according to the group. The company says it is built on the belief that hospitality starts with how you treat your people, emphasizing financial transparency and shared knowledge to create sustainable, equitable workplaces.

The group says its restaurants are connected to the communities they serve through partnerships with organizations including Farm Fresh Rhode Island and Save The Bay.
