In loving memory of Linda Iafrate, age 80, of Newport, Rhode Island, who died on April 21, 2025. She was born in Providence, Rhode Island on February 2, 1945, to Gennaro and Marie Rotondo. Growing up, she was a big believer in “tough love” but with age came wisdom, sweetness, and love. Linda will be forever missed and forever in our hearts.
She is survived by her daughter, Colleen Ayala of Portsmouth, Rhode Island; and grandchildren, Teshonda Ayala, Edelina Ayala, Veanna Ayala, and Gennaro Pina. Linda is preceded in death by her mother, Marie Rotondo; father, Gennaro Rotondo; and sons, Joseph Landry and Patrick Landry.
