Newport’s Saint Patrick’s Day Parade Committee has picked its grand marshals for the 2026 event, which marks the parade’s 70th anniversary.

Michael and Tish Curtis Behan will lead the celebration as co-grand marshals. The committee chose the Behans for their active community involvement and long-time support of the parade.

The 70th annual parade is set for Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 11 a.m.

The committee is also honoring Dennis Reddy and Donald Mosher by dedicating the 2026 parade to their memory. Both men played key roles in organizing the parade lineup on the day of the event.

“They will be missed,” the committee said, recognizing Reddy and Mosher’s important contributions to the parade’s success over the years.
