Today, the Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority (RITBA) announced that its customer service walk-in center will extend its regular hours and be open Monday through Friday, 9 am—4 pm, from September 30th to October 7th.

“We wanted to add hours to allow people to sign up for an E-Z Pass or to handle other toll transactions,” said Lori Caron Silveira, Executive Director of RITBA. “Our phone lines, online transactions, and AAA services will be open during these extended hours, and we hope these extra hours will help customers who want to do their transactions in person.”
