At 12:16 am on Tuesday, March 5, Michael Savignac, 53, of Providence, Rhode Island, was summoned/cited on a charge of Beaches, Parks and Cliff Walk Closing.
At 12:36 am on Tuesday, March 5, Leydi Hernandez, 27, of Providence, Rhode Island, was taken into custody on a charge of Bench Warrant Issued From 6th District Court.
At 1:25 am on Tuesday, March 5, Robert Johnson, 30, of Newport, Rhode Island, was taken into custody on a charge of Disorderly Conduct.
At 2:10 am on Tuesday, March 5, Peter Lederman, 25, of Middletown, Rhode Island was taken into custody on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Simple Assault or Battery.
