Two people from Warwick and Pawtucket are facing possession of stolen vehicle charges, and more, according to Newport Police Department’s Arrest Log.
At 12:50 am on Monday, February 5, Randy Barratt, age 19, of Warwick, Rhode Island, was taken into custody and charged with possessing a stolen vehicle – 1st offense, conspiracy – felony greater than 5 to 10 years, and receiving stolen goods > 10,000.
At 1 am on Monday, February 5, Jacob Charest, age 20, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, was taken into custody and charged with weapons other than firearms prohibited, possession of stolen vehicle – 1st off, conspiracy, and receiving stolen goods > 10,000.
