The City of Newport announced today that it will be hosting its final Family Night Concert of the season at Easton’s Beach this Friday, Aug. 23rd at 6 p.m.
“All are invited as we say farewell to yet another season of music on the beach featuring the sounds of Bar Fly. Be sure to bring a blanket, grab some chairs and don’t forget your dancing shoes,” the City stated in a press release. “The evening is being sponsored by Bernard and Doris Nemtzow in honor of their 69th wedding anniversary”.
The Easton’s Beach Carousel will also be running during the concert with free rides in memory of Jim Toppa, sponsored by his family.
