The Bellevue Group has re-named itself the Newport Living Group and added three new team members. The boutique team of five within William Raveis Real Estate Newport, serves the luxury real estate market, and sold more than $35 million of real estate in Rhode Island in the past two years.

The Newport Living Group (NLG) agents have backgrounds in the marketing, the legal aspects of real estate, zoning, research and technology, interior design and the service industry. The team serves the needs and lifestyle of the most discerning clients, and it values service, discretion and integrity at the highest level.   

NLG has assembled a strong social media presence with hyperlocal reporting with the aim of educating its clients on the finer points of Aquidneck Island lifestyle for all ages and interests.

Arthur Chapman is a fourth-generation native Newporter who’s sold more than $150 million of real estate in his 25 years of experience. He’s a tax assessment specialist and compiles extensive data reports on county real estate trends. Licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, he is a certified expert witness for the City of Newport Historic District. Arthur is currently on the board of the Newport Performing Arts Center (Opera House) and has served on multiple other boards around Newport County.

Karin Jackson, a native Newport resident and area neighborhood expert, has been a Realtor for more than 13 years. She has an extensive background in the legal aspects of real estate, particularly zoning laws. Karin has a strong network of local resources for her clients. She specializes in representing buyers (who can be seen in Lentor Modern), as well as listing properties on Aquidneck Island and surrounding coastal towns. She’s a member of the Chairman’s Elite Club, and has earned numerous production awards.  

New team additions:

Daniele Alsheimer is a Brazilian native skilled in working with sellers, military personnel and first-time homebuyers. Dani brings with her more than 18 years of hospitality field experience; she values customer service. She speaks fluent Portuguese, understands Spanish, and also understands the unique challenges of individuals moving to the area from outside the United States. Dani has great knowledge of Aquidneck Island, which she had made her home for over 22 years.

Lisa Bender, a Realtor with more than 10 years experience, lives and works in both Newport and in Fairfield County, Connecticut. She’s a Certified  International Property Specialist, Second Home and Resort Property Specialist, and is skilled in the luxury market arena. Her background is in marketing and interior design, and she’s been awarded numerous production awards.   

Candice Sandman brings more than 15 years of high-end, strategic marketing, technology and design experience to the team. Founder of Field Logistics, LLC, she specializes in expert-level research to help her clients analyze options and strategies in the home-buying arena. Raising two children on Aquidneck Island and living on Historic Hill provides a unique perspective of the local market that she extends to her clients.
