At 1:40 am on Wednesday, May 8, Karen Reise, 53, of Newport, Rhode Island, was arrested by Officer San Antonio on charges of Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest and Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty.
At 1:40 am on Wednesday, May 8, Michael Slonski, 54, of Coventry, Rhode Island, was taken into custody by Officer San Antonio on charges of Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest, and Warrant A & A Other PD.
Presumption of Innocence: Those arrested, taken into custody, or summoned/cited should be presumed innocent of their charges until proven guilty in a court of law.
