At 1 am on Wednesday, April 17, Shayne Chandronnet, 54, of Newport, Rhode Island, was taken into custody by Officer San Antonio on a disorderly conduct charge.
Presumption of Innocence: Those arrested, taken into custody, or summoned/cited should be presumed innocent of their charges until proven guilty in a court of law.
