Story and Stroll

Parents, grab your preschoolers, and join one of our Education Specialists for a fresh spring series of nature stories.
Each week, an engaging story will complement a guided sensory walk around our gardens and trails. Learn what happens after The Very Hungry Caterpillar eats a snack or discover the bounty of gifts from The Giving Tree during these interactive, literary explorations.
This program will take place bi-weekly, rain or shine, so please be prepared with rain gear. In case of lightning, we will substitute a story, craft, and biofact presentation for the walk.
Meet outside of our Welcome Center before heading over to each week’s nature story time space. An adult guardian is required to accompany registered children to this program.
