A new initiative by the Newport Artists Collective will make the arts scene in Newport more accessible to locals. The free Newport Art Trolley service will run on select Thursdays from 5 to 7 pm from June to December.
The Newport Art Trolley service is part of the weekly Art Salon Series hosted by the Newport Artists Collective in collaboration with the Brenton Hotel. The Art Tour will begin around 6 pm on the First Thursday of each month, except for July and October. It will pick up patrons from Perrotti Park adjacent to the Brenton Hotel and courier people to the participating galleries.
