Lila Delman Real Estate announced today the sales of Newport’s 30 Atlantic Avenue for $1,772,000 and 13 Commonwealth Avenue for $1,300,000. Kim Doherty, Lila Delman Sales Associate, represented the seller of 30 Atlantic Avenue and facilitated for the buyer.

Kim Doherty also represented the seller of 13 Commonwealth Avenue while City Councilwoman & Lila Delman Sales Associate Kate Leonard represented the buyer.
