Million Dollar Listing: Home on Chartier Circle in Newport sells for $1.016 million

Lila Delman Real Estate has announced the sale of 11 Chartier Circle for $1,016,000. Lila Delman Real Estate was both the listing and selling company. Melanie Delman, President, and Keith Marvelle, Sales Associate, represented the seller. Kate Leonard, Sales Associate, represented the buyer.

“LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Rare beach access to a lovely, quiet, crescent shaped beach, facing west,” said Melanie Delman in a news release on Thursday.

“A new beautiful home will be designed and built on this property located in the Ocean Drive area of Newport,” commented Kate Leonard in the release. “This small enclave of the city has been undergoing a rebirth with its renovated and newly built homes that overlook the sea.”
