The 41st Annual Harvest Fair at The Norman Bird Sanctuary (NBS) is adding a new challenge to their agenda of activities in 2015. NBS has announced “THE DESIGNER SCARECROW CHALLENGE,” a contest to draw local organizations, merchants and vendors to sponsor a  team and create a “scarecrow” that represents your team’s creativity, originality and overall theme.
