Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty lists three luxury Jamestown properties

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty announced on Thursday that they are exclusively representing the following three luxury Jamestown properties: 609 Beavertail Road, offered at $8,975,000; 90 Battery Lane, offered at $8,250,000; and 850 East Shore Road, offered at $6,850,000.

Currently, these three properties represent three of the four most expensive homes active on the market in Jamestown. Representation of the properties has been assumed by Judy Chace, Broker/Co-Owner, and Erin Marsh, Sales Associate, of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

Spanning seven oceanfront acres, the estate at 609 Beavertail Road rests high on a cliff at Jamestown’s southern tip overlooking Newport Harbor. With over 8,500 square feet, this home provides spacious areas for entertaining and a rear wall of glass for breathtaking water views in perpetuity. View the property video here.

90 Battery Lane (pictured above), a classically inspired waterfront estate, is sited on over three acres with colorful, coastal gardens. The 12,000 square foot home is complemented by a full outdoor kitchen and waterside pool. For a video tour of this home, click here.

The iconic, beloved Cajacet Farm located at 850 East Shore Road is one of Jamestown’s most impressive, historic estates. Originally built in 1690 for Capt. Thomas Paine, the home has been lovingly maintained and restored with attention to period-sensitive detail throughout. This waterfront property includes a separate boathouse and boasts the largest holly tree east of the Mississippi. To view this home, click here.

“Jamestown offers a true, luxury lifestyle experience. The small, island community features some of the finest coastal real estate our area has to offer. I am pleased to represent three, incredibly diverse luxury homes in one of Rhode Island’s most revered and desired locales,” states Judy in a press release.

“With the addition of these three luxury listings, the expansion of our presence in Conanicut Island is impressive. Our inroads continue to grow throughout our state and beyond,” adds Ray Mott, Broker/Co-Owner of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty said in the release.
