Firstlight Cottage in Jamestown Sells for $4.5 Million

Lila Delman Real Estate International has announced the sale of “Firstlight Cottage”, the Jamestown waterfront property sold recently for $4.5 million.

The demand for luxury waterfront property continues in Rhode Island as a stunning waterfront residence located at 320 East Shore Road in Jamestown sells for $4,500,000, marking the second highest price for a waterfront home in Jamestown year-to-date, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide MLS.* Cynthia Moretti, Broker Associate at Lila Delman Real Estate International, represented the seller.
