Norman Bird Sanctuary’s beloved springtime tradition continues in 2017 as generations come together to celebrate spring, blooming flowers, and the birds migrating back north. White Horse Tavern Executive Chef, Richard Silvia, cooks up a scrumptious breakfast prepared with organically grown ingredients donated by local farmers and markets. Nature lovers and birders enjoy walks led by NBS Naturalists on the hiking trails. Children of all ages make spring-themed nature crafts and are treated to a live presentation from one of our resident red-tailed hawks!
Enter the raffle to win the exclusive opportunity to enjoy a sumptuous four-course dinner for four at The White Horse Tavern specially prepared by Executive Chef Rich Silvia and paired with sommelier’s choice of wine pairings. Must be used within 2017.
Bird walks every half-hour beginning at 7:30am.
Breakfast seatings at 8, 9, and 10am.
