Bridge to Fitness has announced that they have completed a full renovation in an effort to be atop in the locally competitive fitness facilities arena. Renovations started with a complete remodeling of the interior from brightened paint, new flooring to Athletic Turf installation. New Matrix cardio equipment was also purchased along with 17 state of the art Schwinn 900 Carbon Blue spinning cycles. The final element was a complete reevaluation and restructuring of the gym’s group exercise classes.
“We strive to be the most all-inclusive gym in the area. Members, through a low monthly fee, and day-pass guests are offered: access to all gym equipment, free unlimited classes and more,” stated Michael Cecchi, Bridge to Fitness co-owner. “That’s why we have updated our look with new gym décor and Athletic Turf for better footing; but also with the newest cardio equipment and the very best spinning cycles to provide class participants the finest and most challenging spinning experience on the island. At BTF we always want to be on the forefront of fitness and value,” Cecchi added.
“At Bridge to Fitness we have the best trainers on the island, however, to keep our classes fresh and attendees feeling inspired, we asked our instructors to look at new opportunities that were motivating beyond the norm,” said Lisa Cecchi, co-owner, and operations manager for the gym. “Therefore we have a whole new system of group exercise classes ranging from: Tabata/TRX, Ab Blast, Kombat Cardio and to maintaining our ever so popular Olympic Challenge. It’s all about keeping it fresh for our members and creating continuous innovation in exercise and fitness,” she further added.
