Narragansett Beer bringing ‘Buy RI’ Tour to Newport and Middletown this month, wants to buy everyone a ‘Gansett

Narragansett Beer’s “Buy RI” Tour is coming to Aquidneck Island this month.

According to ‘Gansett, The tour is a statewide celebration of the “neighbors” who have filled Rhode Island’s most beloved bars and restaurants with stories, community, and neighborly support for generations.

Narragansett’s goal over the course of 2019 will be to meet as many Rhode Islanders as possible and treat them to a well-deserved beer. The tour has begun and will continue to stop in each of the 39 cities and towns that make up the small but mighty state to toast the local restaurant industry, small businesses, and every Rhode Islander for making their state special, diverse, and ever changing.

Going alphabetically by town, Narragansett will host a spirited party at a neighborhood bar or restaurant every week in every town in Rhode Island.

Many of these establishments have been loyal ‘Gansett supporters since 2005 when Hellendrung and his team revived the company. Beginning Friday, February 8th through Thursday, October 31st, attendees at each event will receive a ‘Gansett branded wooden nickel to trade in for a ‘Gansett beer at the bar.
