The moment that we (some of us) have all been waiting for is almost here! The episode of The Bachelorette that was filmed in Newport at the end of March will air on Monday, June 10th at 8 pm.
Filming locations over a few days reportedly included Gurney’s Newport Resort & Marina, The White Horse Tavern, Jane Pickens Theater & Event Center, The Clarke Cooke House, and Fort Adams.
The Jane Pickens Theater has announced that they will open their doors for a free community screening of the event.
This screening is not officially a part of ABC or The Bachelorette.
“We are excited to watch the Newport episode together on our giant TV (better known as the big screen!),” Jane Pickens Theater included in a recent email newsletter to subscribers. “The JPT might just become an international “star”location when this episode goes live on ABC 6”.
Jane Pickens Theater will open their doors for this event at 7 pm, and the show will begin at 8 pm. The event is free, but RSVP is required.
The Bachelorette‘s Season 15 Premiere aired on ABC on Monday night and included scenes that were recently filmed in Newport.
Included in the Season Premiere and in Facebook video (like below) were scenes of a rugby match that took place at Fort Adams in Newport back in March. In some videos, the Newport Pell Bridge and Fort Adams State Park can also be seen in the background.
