Capt. Thomas W. Lyons, Jr., 88, of Portsmouth died on Friday, March 31, 2017 at Atria Aquidneck Place. He was the husband of the late Marguerite (Creegan) Lyons. Born on July 10, 1928, and raised in Jamestown, he was the son of the late Thomas W. and Anna (Boone) Lyons. Capt. Lyons attended De La
